# What Advanced Calendar does

Advanced Calendar imports events into WordPress and displays them on any page.

- **Commerce7** supplies products whose type is **Event Ticket**. Each one becomes an event, with its title, description, date, start time, price, image, inventory location, and collections.
- **Google Calendar** supplies the rest, through a secret iCal address. Those events are stored alongside the Commerce7 ones.

Visitors can switch between grid, list, and calendar views, and filter by month, category, and location. Each event has its own page.

Sync runs every hour. You can also run it immediately from **Clink C7 → Calendar**.
