# Product analytics and templates

## Analytics

Go to **Clink C7 → Products → Analytics**. The plugin pushes ecommerce events to the data layer. The default names match the standard set:

- `view_item` when a product is viewed
- `add_to_cart` when a variant is added
- `view_item_list` when a grid or archive is viewed
- `select_item` when a product is chosen from a list

Change a name only when your analytics setup expects a different one.

## Templates

Copy a template from the plugin's `templates` folder into `ff-c7-products` in your theme. The theme copy is used instead, and it is kept when the plugin updates.

- `grid-ff_c7_product.php` for a card in the grid and on archives
- `content-single-ff_c7_product.php` for the body of a product page and for the single-product shortcode
- `single-ff_c7_product.php` for the product page wrapper
- `archive-ff_c7_product.php` for the product archive
