# Reservation analytics

If Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager is on the site, the widget sends events when a guest:

- changes the date, time, or party size
- checks availability
- picks a time slot

Each event can include the selected date, selected time, guest count, experience name and ID, and the option the guest chose. When the guest picks a time from one of the other experiences, the event is flagged so you can see how many bookings an alternate experience caught.

The default event names are:

- `res_widget_date_changed`
- `res_widget_time_changed`
- `res_widget_guests_changed`
- `res_widget_check_availability`
- `res_widget_time_selected`

Parameter names default to `selected_date`, `selected_time`, `guest_count`, `experience_id`, `experience_title`, `experience_option_id`, `experience_option_title`, and `is_extra_experience`.

Rename any of them under **Clink C7 → Reservations → Analytics** if your reports already use different names. Leave the defaults if they do not.
