# Experiences, guests, and prices

Go to **Clink C7 → Reservations → Experiences**.

## Refresh the list

Click **Refresh from Commerce7** after you add an experience or change its online times. The list shows each experience and its weekly online slots. The widget reads live availability when a guest checks a date. The list on this screen is what you configure against.

## Per-experience settings

Click **Settings** on an experience.

- **Max guests** overrides the Commerce7 maximum in the guest dropdown, including over a `max-guests` value on the shortcode. Leave it blank to use the Commerce7 maximum. Until that loads, the dropdown goes up to 8.
- **Book up to** is how many days ahead guests can book that experience. Leave it blank for the default of 2 months.
- **Display** turns on the Commerce7 title, price, image, and description. Nothing is shown until you turn a field on. Those details appear as soon as the widget loads, next to the date, time, and guest fields. Updates in Commerce7 show up in the widget. You do not retype them here.

Click **Save Changes**.

## Currency

Under **Prices**, pick the currency that matches your Commerce7 store. The choices are USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, MXN, EUR, GBP, CHF, and ZAR. The default is USD.

## Experiences with more than one option

If an experience has more than one option in Commerce7, the widget shows those choices under the **Options** label. You can rename that label on the Wording tab.
