Open Clink C7 → Products. The cards at the top show the connection, how many products are published, when the last sync ran, and when the next one is scheduled. The last-sync line also shows how many products were synced, skipped, and in error.
Automatic sync #
On Sync & Import, set the schedule to Disabled, Hourly, Twice daily, or Daily. The default is Disabled, so nothing imports until you sync manually or pick a schedule. Changing the schedule replaces the previous one.
Sync Now always uses the saved settings. Save the collection filter before you sync, or the sync will use the previous filter.
Collection filter #
The filter decides which Commerce7 products are imported, based on the collections they belong to.
- All products imports the whole feed.
- Only selected imports a product that is in at least one checked collection.
- All except selected skips a product that is in any checked collection.
Click Refresh list to load collections from Commerce7. The list also refreshes on every sync. Search, Select shown, and Clear apply to that list. A collection marked Hidden on web is not available on the Commerce7 website.
If you choose Only selected or All except selected but check nothing, the filter is inactive and every product is imported.
A product that stops matching is moved to Draft on the next sync. It is not deleted. If it matches again, it is published again. The published-products card notes how many drafts are hidden by the filter.
Products that leave the website #
A product Commerce7 no longer marks as available on the web is set to Not Available. It stays in WordPress but is hidden from the site and from search. It returns to Published on a later sync if Commerce7 makes it available again.
